How Booking Works

Submit Your Request

Complete the booking form with your event details — service type, date, time, location, and any specific requirements.

Receive Confirmation

Roxene reviews your request and confirms availability within 24 hours. You’ll receive a personalised response and a booking agreement.

Secure Your Date

A 50% deposit is required to officially hold your date. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and signed agreement.

Booking Policies

Minimum Notice Required

All booking requests require a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice. Last-minute requests may be considered at Roxene’s discretion and may incur a rush fee.

Deposit & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event date.

Event Brief Required

All clients must provide a detailed event brief including run of show, key names, pronunciations, and special requirements at least 24 hours before the event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 48 hours of the event forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours in advance will be accommodated where possible.
